• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of course fees or agreed installment
• Batch seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Tech Scholarss reserves the right to reschedule batches with prior notice
• Students must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent

3. Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
• EMI options are available as communicated at the time of enrollment
• Non-payment may result in suspension of access to course materials
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes

4. Student Responsibilities

• Attend classes regularly and complete assignments on time
• Maintain respectful conduct towards instructors and fellow students
• Not share course materials, recordings, or login credentials with third parties
• Provide accurate information during enrollment

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, and resources provided by Tech Scholarss are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course content without written permission.

6. Placement Support

• Placement assistance is provided to students who complete their course and meet eligibility criteria
• We do not guarantee specific salary packages or job roles
• Placement support includes resume building, mock interviews, and referrals to hiring partners
• Final hiring decisions rest with the employer, not Tech Scholarss

7. Certificate

Course completion certificates are issued to students who attend a minimum of 75% of classes and complete all required projects and assessments. Certificates remain the property of Tech Scholarss and may be verified by employers upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tech Scholarss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant course.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
